The seller of this Cumming home was relocating, so the work had to move fast. Approved EquiMaxit contractors repaired the back deck, refaced the kitchen cabinets, repainted both upper levels with five bedrooms, and replaced their carpeting. The primary bathroom received all-new finishes and a custom walk-in closet, the overgrown backyard was cleared and leveled, and the ivy-covered side yard was cleared and sodded.
